在开发区这边算是非常好了吧，爸爸妈妈带小孩过来玩，住的这边，床很软很舒服，早餐也吃得好

网络很不稳定。一会儿掉，一会儿连的。早餐一般，没几样，连吃3天，绝对腻。

早餐品种挺多的 味道不错 不过周围没什么中餐比较好的 有专门的停车场 休闲娱乐都有 整体感觉还是蛮不错的

Booked an Executive Suite room to find out out there is no executive floor or lounge although it it advertised on CTrip and the hotel website. Gym facility is damaged, run-down and dangerous. Asked the hotel manager for a service recovery, but he literally said he doesnt care and I can go to another hotel if it bothers me - but no refund.
The breakfast is appalling, especially on 2 days during a convention in the hotel. It was like fighting with a hoard of starved animals every morning. Needless to say the breakfast staff were fully unprepared, 75% of the buffet was empty at all times and more smoke in the room than in a late night bar.
I live in Asia/China for over 10 years, so Im used to a lot - but this one takes the cake, especially the management
I strongly recommend to stay at the nearby Modena or Sheraton

首次入住这家酒店，看星级以为是这个地区最好的酒店，结果发现要什么没什么。
感觉酒店自身设施与服务配不上其星级与价格。

早餐比较丰富，但是位置略偏，周边的商户比较少，但是晚上比较安静，最适合出差休息了，服务与设施也比较到位…

从早晨8点叫打扫房间卫生到11点才来 打了三个电话 都说马上 到最后说要退房才來 无言
